Solar recipe: leek and shrimp fondue
Discover this original recipe for leek and shrimp fondue, tested and approved with the Suntube solar cooking tube. Ingredients
- Three beautiful leeks
- A handful of shrimps
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: white wine or crème fraîche
Preparation of leek and shrimp fondue
- Place the leeks at the bottom of the container, then spread the shrimp over them.
- Season to taste and drizzle with a little water; you can add a base of white wine, or cream, for a more gourmet recipe.
- Place in the oven until the leeks have melted through and taken on the flavor of the shrimp.
Ideal with white rice, or as a sauce for pasta! Enjoy your meal!
