Solar Recipe - Marble Cake
Treat yourself to this delicious Marble Cake recipe that will delight all food lovers! This recipe is proposed by our Solar Sister Francine and was made with a parabolic solar oven. Francine also shares her tips on how to make the best recipes with solar cooking.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of 17cl of caster sugar
- 3 cups of 17cl of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup of sunflower oil
- 1 cup of white wine
- 1 lemon peel
- 1/2 cup of chocolate powder (Van Houten type)
Preparation of the recipe
- Mix ingredients together except for chocolate powder.
- Take a cup of this paste and incorporate the chocolate powder. Stir to combine.
- In a deep pan, alternate layers of dough without chocolate and with chocolate.
- Put in the sun on medium-high heat for 40mn then turn the pan to 190°.
- Leave for another 40 minutes, then prick the dough with a round-tipped knife to check for doneness.

If the dough sticks to the knife, you must prolong the cooking.
