How the GoSun Go portable solar oven works

The two unfolding reflectors will capture the sun's rays and concentrate them in the vacuum tube, which will quickly heat up.

Thanks to their parabolic shape, the oven will have no trouble catching the maximum amount of sunlight, minimising the need to readjust the oven to face the sun.

The heart of the GoSun's cooking technology lies in its cooking chamber and vacuum tube. When filled with food, the tube absorbs light and acts as an insulator, making cooking in cold and windy conditions a breeze.

The oven's parabolic reflectors capture both direct and diffuse light. This means that the solar cooker requires virtually no re-adjustment to the sun, making it easy to cook all year round.

Working together, GoSun's parabolic reflectors and vacuum tube convert nearly 80% of all sunlight reaching the reflectors into usable heat. The vacuum tube insulation keeps this heat in, making all your meals warm, for hours, all year round.
