Using the probe thermometer

- Press the COOK button to enter the cooking mode, and the ON/OFF button to turn the unit off (both buttons are located on the back of the unit).
- Connect the probe cord to the side of the thermometer. The probe can withstand a temperature up to 300℃ (572℉).
- The probe can be placed in the food to be cooked, and the food temperature will be displayed on the thermometer screen.
- Press the C/F button to display degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.

- Press the up and down arrows to adjust the alarm temperature
- The temperature selection is displayed on the left side of the screen
- If the measured temperature is higher than the set temperature, the alarm will sound
- Press any key to stop the alarm

- Press the TIMER button to enter the timer mode (on the back of the unit).
- Press MIN to set minutes; SEC to set seconds (up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds).
- Press S / S to start and stop the timer.
- When the countdown reaches 00 minutes and 00 seconds, the alarm will sound for 60 seconds.
- Press and hold the MIN and SCE buttons simultaneously to reset the timer.
