Using concentrated solar technology with a thermally insulated glass tube, it can cook with the same efficiency as a traditional oven, but without the smoke, using free, environmentally-friendly energy.

As with a conventional oven, a preheating time of between 10 and 15 minutes is required. The gradual increase in temperature also means gentle, unattended cooking.
