Solar Brother inaugurates its new production center

Solar Brother, the French leader in solar cooking, inaugurated its first production center in France on February 16, 2024. Var region, in Carnoules.

This production center is where the new SunAéro energy-saving solar heaters are manufactured. The first series of this solar heating system, which also serves to dehumidify the house, has been in production at Carnoules since December 2023. The SunAéro launch campaign has been so successful, exceeding targets by over 3,700%, that the start-up of the production center is now mainly dedicated to manufacturing the first 200 SunAéro “Made in Carnoules”. The SunChef Pro solar oven, launched last year and specially designed for foodservice professionals, is also manufactured in Carnoules. Solar Brother is looking forward to developing the rest of its production with the forthcoming provision of a larger building by the town council.

The inauguration of the production center brought together part of the Solar Brother team and the local players who have supported and contributed to the realization of this project. Gilles and Gatien, the founders of Solar Brother, had the opportunity to extend their warmest thanks to Mayor Christian DAVID and his team, the CCI du Var and all those present. Speeches, a tour of the workshop, and a presentation of the patented technology of the latest SunAero model were all part of the inauguration. All the guests enjoyed the traditional glass of champagne.

The inauguration was an opportunity to remind all members of the Solar Brother team how far we’ve come in developing, marketing and manufacturing innovative “Made in France” products. The team is proud to offer a range of solar products that are both environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
