Solar recipe: Grilled vegetable rougail

- a zucchini
- a tomato
- six garlic cloves
- an onion
- olive oil
- chilli powder or fresh, to taste
Preparing the grilled vegetable rougail
- Coarsely chop the zucchini and tomato, then place the cubes in the cooker of your choice. Heat with a drizzle of olive oil until roasted.
- Once cooled, blend the vegetables with the fresh garlic and onion to obtain a compote. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chilli pepper if you like.
- This condiment, ideal for spicing up everyday life, is perfect with rice, fish or meat, curries or in a summer sandwich.
